Victor has worked for Bank of America for the past 34 years. His leadership extends to numerous community boards and includes his service as Chair of the Board of Virginia Gateway Economic Development and as a member of the boards for the Virginia Museum for History & Culture and Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges. Additionally, Victor was appointed by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia to the Board of Visitors of the College of William & Mary in June 2018.

A native of Dinwiddie County, Victor now resides in Chesterfield County. He received a B.A. in Sociology from the College of William & Mary and is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers School of Retail Management at the University of Virginia. Victor is the husband of Michele Branch, and they have two adult daughters.
