What Casey Does at the Foundation:

As Chief Operating Officer, Casey supports the CEO in building capacity within the organization and aligning staff to meet the needs of stakeholders. She oversees key functions of the Foundation including Human Resources, IT, operations, and affiliate relationships while monitoring organizational goals. The execution of the Community Foundation’s business planning, metrics and business development initiatives also fall under her scope of work.

Casey enjoys her cross-functional role as she brings team members together for optimal performance and growth. Her past experience, including work with Smart Beginnings and the YWCA, have equipped her to problem-solve both within an organization and out in the Richmond community.

When Casey’s not working:

Her lifestyle is active, chasing around her two kids, Eli and Callie! She enjoys spending time with her husband and children and cooking (especially desserts). Casey loves to travel and says her dream vacation includes sitting by the water with a book in hand.
