What Katherine does at the Foundation:
Katherine analyzes the Community Foundation’s entire continuum of strategies and systems to determines whether new technology will best support our communication needs, data collection processes, and overall mission. A retired Capital One executive, Katherine enjoys working in the community and sharing her corporate executive skills with organizations that are trying to make the community a better place.
When Katherine’s not working:
She sits on many different nonprofit boards! Katherine is currently chair of the Smart Beginnings Early Childhood board and sits on the board for the Virginia Home for Boys & Girls. She is also the Higher Education Executive in Residence at the Robins School of Business, and she chairs the Governance Committee for Virginia Repertory Theatre. In her spare time, she’s working on the construction, renovation and decoration of her house.
