What Charles does at the Foundation:
Charles works with donors and nonprofits as the point-of-contact for technical support with Community Foundation systems. He also processes grant recommendations that come through email, mail, or over the phone.
“I love solving for people’s needs, whatever that might be,” Charles says. “I have over 11 years of customer service experience, and helping others gives me energy.”
When Charles is not at work:
He enjoys travelling and spending quality time with his partner – cooking meals together, playing with their dog, and curling up on the couch to watch a movie.
