What Curtis does at the Foundation:

As Manager of Civic Engagement, Curtis leads our volunteer management and engagement strategies with nonprofits in Greater Richmond. He works closely with local organizations to understand our region’s current volunteer engagement practices and identifies ways to support and amplify these efforts. Curtis also builds the capacity for nonprofits to utilize skills-based volunteers and share best practices across the sector. 

When Curtis is not working:

He enjoys sitting down with a good video game or partaking in the exquisite joy of a daily nap. Curtis also loves cooking on the grill, especially in the snow!
