What Rhonda does at the Foundation:

In her role, Rhonda collaborates with staff members to foster deeper relationships with donors and assist with stewardship strategies that are tailored to donors’ individual goals. Rhonda lights up a room with her smile, her infectious laugh, her witty humor and her inviting personality, and she most enjoys the opportunity to lean into curiosity to anticipate needs and seek connection.

When Rhonda’s not working:

If she's not out trying the newest restaurant on the RVA scene, she's at home cooking a meal or organizing a meal train for someone in need. Rhonda values spending intentional time with the people she holds dear, and she makes a conscious effort to create small acts of kindness for her friends, friends of friends, her family and countless times, to those she's never met.
