Molly spends her time aligning the philanthropic interests of donors with needs in the Greater Richmond region. She has a gift for connecting people while discovering what individuals hope to accomplish through their philanthropy.

“I truly have the best job in Richmond because my main focus is to help people build their philanthropy," Molly says. "I enjoy helping donors think through the technical parts of giving, and I really love talking with them about what motivates them and where they would like to make an impact, so we can create connections to accomplish their philanthropic goals.”

Amy Singleton

Amy works with individuals, families and businesses to create funds that help achieve their philanthropic goals. She works closely with professional advisors in Richmond and shares information about the Foundation’s services that can be helpful to their clients. Additionally, Amy meets with current donors who have established funds at the Foundation to share information about community initiatives and ways to engage with the Foundation to create a more vibrant region.

“I always tell people I have the best job!" Amy says. "I get to meet so many interesting people who have a variety of different interests and goals for their giving. I enjoy learning more about their passions and discussing ways the Community Foundation can help.”
