Continuing Judith's Legacy

Committed to continuing Judith's legacy after her passing, her three sisters converted a sizable bequest from her estate into the Judith Haskell Brewer Fund with the Community Foundation. Together, they dispersed the entire fund towards Judith's interests within 10 years.

The Gay Family Gives Back During the Holidays

The Kingsbery W. and Carla C. Gay Family Fund was established in 2016 by the Gays’ four children – Tom, Bery, Bill and Charlotte. Together, they were looking for a way to honor their parents’ memory and their love of arts and music, the Chesapeake Bay and education, especially in the arts.

At least seven theaters around Metro Richmond bear Sara Belle’s name in tribute to her and Neil’s tireless support — and through the Sara Belle and Neil November Endowment for the Theatre Arts, their giving legacy lives on.
