The Community Foundation for a greater Richmond is pleased to announce 10 awards totaling $130,000 to 10 local nonprofits for capacity building needs. These grants are intended to help nonprofits secure professional and timely assistance to enhance their internal capacity and address important issues of organizational development and effectiveness.

Grants were awarded in the Foundation’s four focus areas Community Vibrancy, Economic Prosperity, Educational Success and Health and Wellness. Grants will be used to support various needs related to infrastructure, like leadership development, technology improvements, fundraising, marketing, coalition building, training and program expansion.
